Scania Transit 2026: "Multiple markets await TRUBUS"

Scania gave the TRUBUS a two-page feature in the 2026 edition of Scania Transit, its Australian customer magazine.

The article set out the case for the vehicle across mining, renewable energy, defence, schools, emergency services and tourism, and described a body designed in-house by AutoBus Australia and integrated with the Scania P-series cab. It covered the 320 hp five-cylinder engine, the 40-plus passenger capacity, and the ground clearance and approach angles engineered for worksite access roads.

AutoBus co-founder Boris Cherny told the magazine the vehicle was built "from the ground up on the Scania 4x4 chassis".

Coverage in a chassis partner's own customer publication reaches a specific and useful audience: operators who already run Scania and already trust the platform underneath.
